The Venture Centre

The Venture Centre is an ultra modern world class L-shaped structure with a central office and twelve rental units ranging in size from 2000 square feet to 4000 square feet. The flexible design also permits the expansion of unit sizes, should a business require additional space.

• The units are completely independent, with a security alarm as well as a fire alarm sprinkler system.
• Each unit has a 3-phase, 600-volt, 200 amp electrical service and unlimited water supply.
• An extra large paved area allows movement of transport vehicles and loading and unloading with ease at the rear of each unit.
• Each self sufficient unit has finished office and washroom facilities in the front, with the workshop area located in the rear.
• Ample on-site parking for staff and visitors is provided.
• Rental rates start at four dollars and fifty cents ($4.50) per square foot annually.
